Hatha Yoga is a preparatory process of Yoga. The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you, or the Pingala and Ida in you. You can explore Hatha Yoga in ways that take you beyond certain limitations, but fundamentally, it is a physical preparation – preparing the body for a higher possibility. This class is suitable for Beginner to Intermediate.

Cancellation Policy
1. Participants are required to inform the instructor of any historical or existing medical condition upon signing up of any package. 2. All single session booking fees are non-refundable, however, the session may be transferable with valid reasons and at least 24hr notification, subject to Laya Studio's approval. 3. All package fees are non-refundable, however, the package with all remaining balance may be transferable with valid reasons, subject to Laya Studio's approval. 4. Bookings of the class is required through the Laya Studio website. No cancellation is allowed within 24 hours form the start of the class. Any no show-ups less than 24 hours notice of absence shall be regarded as a session completed. 5. Walk-ins may be allowed subject to space availability, where priority shall be given to those who have booked online. 6. Upon signing up of a package, the package user shall be added to a participant's WhatsApp group chat for the purpose of important announcement and notification by Laya Studio. 7. All classes shall be start on time and we encourage all participants to come in at least 10-min earlier to get settle down. Any late comers shall not be accepted in respect to the other members. Make-up class may be arranged in such situation, subject to Laya Studio's approval. 8. We are a small yoga & wellnes shala, setup only with the intention to create a safe and kind space for everyone who needs to find a balance in life. All kindness and understanding from the participants to the studio's management and staff will be very much appreciated.
